Job Title: Informatica MDM Support Engineer

Overview

IDMC (Intelligent Data Management Cloud)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide

  technical support and maintenance

  for Informatica MDM solutions, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Configure and manage

  Informatica MDM workflows

  , including

  Business Entities

  and

  Business Events

  .
• Support multiple MDM domains such as

  Customer

  ,

  Material

  , and

  Vendor

  .
• Collaborate with SAP (S/4HAN and ECC) and other ERP teams (JD Edwards) to ensure seamless integration of MDM data into

  SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and JDE

  , leveraging knowledge of:

• IDMC Integrations focused on API calls over CAI

• Business Partner

  concepts

• MARA table

  and related master data structures in SAP

• Able to understand APIs and adjust configuration to support proper API communications

• Manage and troubleshoot

  IDMC CAI (Cloud Application Integration)

  and

  CDI (Cloud Data Integration)

  processes.
• Establish and maintain

  secure OAuth 2.0 connections

  for API integrations.
• Translate business requirements into

  efficient workflow designs

  that optimize performance and usability.
• Simplify and enhance

  MDM Form design

  to improve user experience and reduce complexity.
• Monitor and resolve issues related to

  data synchronization

  between Informatica and SAP systems.
• Document configurations, workflows, and integration processes for knowledge sharing and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Informatica MDM

  and

  IDMC

  (CAI/CDI).
• Strong understanding of

  MDM concepts

  , including Business Entities, Business Events, and Workflow configuration.
• Proven experience supporting master data management domains such as

  Customer, Material, and Vendor domains

  .
• Familiarity with

  SAP S/4HANA master data

  structures and integration points.
• Knowledge of

  API-based data exchange

  between Informatica and SAP using IDMC CAI.
• Expertise in

  OAuth 2.0 security protocols

  for API connections.
• Ability to design

  simple, efficient workflows

  and optimize

  MDM Forms

  for usability.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
