Role Summary

Business Intelligence (BI)

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support ERP modules: Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, Projects/Service.
• Prepare functional documents (FDDs), configurations, and test scenarios.
• Support integrations using Infor OS, ION, APIs, and workflows.
• Design and support BI reports/dashboards using Infor Birst / CloudSuite Analytics / Power BI / Qlik / Tableau.
• Support AI-driven insights using Infor Coleman AI / embedded CloudSuite intelligence.
• Act as a bridge between business users and developers.
• Provide ongoing application support, issue resolution, and continuous process improvements.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience as an Infor LN / CloudSuite Functional Consultant.
• Strong understanding of LN architecture, sessions, tables, and process flows.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end LN / CloudSuite implementation.
• Financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience with BI reporting and KPI design.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts within ERP and analytics.
• With Expertise in Extensions, Infor LN Modules - Sales, Procurement, Warehousing, Invoicing & Finance,  BI Reporting's.

Preferred Skills

• Infor LN / CloudSuite certification will be an added advantage.
• Experience with Infor OS, ION Desk, workflows, and integrations
• Experience in Tax, E-Invoicing.
