Influencer Marketing Trainee

Job Description:

As an Influencer Marketing Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting both the Influencer Marketing and Business Development teams. This Onsite internship will provide you with the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in influencer collaboration and campaign management, as well as the development of new business opportunities and client relationships.

Responsibilities:

Influencer Marketing:

• Assist in identifying and researching potential influencers who align with the brand’s values and target audience.
• Support the influencer outreach process and help coordinate partnership agreements.
• Assist in managing influencer campaigns from initiation to completion, ensuring smooth communication and timely execution.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, track key metrics (engagement, reach, ROI), and compile reports.
• Collaborate with the content and social media teams to ensure alignment across platforms.
• Stay updated on influencer trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to continuously improve campaign strategies.

Qualifications:

• Completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Must have Experience in Influencer marketing from an agency background
• Strong interest in influencer marketing, social media trends, and business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Google (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Creative and proactive with a strong desire to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
