Position: Influencer Marketing Manager TikTok & Affiliate Partnerships

Location: India Office (Ahmedabad/Remote)

Department: Marketing & Partnerships

Reporting To: Head of TikTok Services – UK

About Us:

We are a UK-based TikTok marketing agency helping brands in wellness, lifestyle, fashion, and home goods grow through TikTok content, live selling, and influencer partnerships. As part of our India team expansion, we are hiring an Influencer Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage influencer programs focusing on TikTok: from seeding, gifting, affiliate onboarding, and paid collaborations.
• Identify, recruit, and nurture relationships with influencers and content creators aligned with client categories (wellness, lifestyle, fashion, home & beauty).
• Negotiate contracts, commission rates, content rights, and delivery timelines.
• Oversee influencer campaign execution: ensuring content aligns with brand tone, obtaining approvals, and coordinating publishing schedules.
• Use influencer marketing platforms (e.g., Upfluence, Grin, or equivalent) to manage outreach, track performance, and report campaign results.
• Work closely with UK and India teams to align influencer activities with broader brand campaigns and sales targets.
• Keep up with TikTok and short-video ecosystem trends, providing insights to improve campaign strategies.

Ideal Candidate:

• 3–6 years’ experience in influencer marketing, with a focus on TikTok preferred.
• Experience managing affiliate programs and influencer seeding/gifting initiatives.
• Familiarity with categories such as wellness, lifestyle, fashion, home, and beauty.
• Hands-on experience with influencer marketing platforms is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working with remote teams.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM UKT (aligned with UK business hours).

Salary:

Competitive, based on experience.
