Position: Software Tester - QA Skills Required: 3-4 years of experience in software testing with exceptional knowledge in Manual Testing /Automation Testing & product testing, logical testing. Should adapt well with Agile methodology. Process-oriented with high attention to detail and good follow-through Excellent problem solving and decision-making abilities Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role Good experience in test management tools Good knowledge of SDLC/STLC Defect Management and reporting of identified issues and risks. Provide Test Summary Reports and Test Results Report bugs and errors to development teams. Expand our end-to-end automated/manual test coverage (optional and time permitting) Create, prioritize, and organize test cases into logical suites for both automated and manual execution Utilize QA best practices, patterns, and processes Maintain traceability of tests to requirements and specifications Working knowledge of any test and bug management software Dedication to quality and a positive, collaborative attitude and approach to testing Comfortable working in a dynamic, low structure, constantly changing the atmosphere and prioritizing work appropriately Experience working in complex computing environments being able to formulate and implement effective test strategies Key Skills: Software Development Life Cycle || QA ||Regressio Testing|| Agile ||Test Management||Test Case Execution || Manual Testing||Quality Assurance||Test Cases|| SQL Experience: 3 to 4 Years in testing Salary: Depends on experience and expertise.
