Influencer Marketing Intern

As an Influencer Marketing Intern at roka, a contemporary clothing brand based in Govandi (W.), you will play a crucial role in researching, coordinating, and executing influencer collaborations that align with roka's brand voice, product priorities, and audience engagement goals. Your responsibilities will include researching influencers based on campaign requirements, identifying influencers that resonate with roka's brand aesthetics and target audience, and analyzing influencer metrics such as engagement rates, audience demographics, and content style. You will be responsible for coordinating influencer budgets for campaign planning, negotiating deliverables, timelines, and terms of collaboration, as well as ensuring timely content creation and delivery by influencers. Monitoring influencer content across platforms, tracking engagement metrics, conversions, and ROI, and collecting qualitative feedback on influencer content will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will maintain organized documentation of influencer lists and campaign progress in Sheets and collaborate with internal marketing and styling teams to ensure cohesive campaign messaging. To excel in this role, you should hold a graduate degree in Fashion Communication or a related field, possess a strong understanding of influencer marketing and digital media trends, and have knowledge of styling, silhouettes, and product alignment with influencer aesthetics. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for outreach and negotiation, proficiency in Google Workspace, strong organizational and documentation skills, and a data-driven mindset with basic analytical skills are also essential. Being creative, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment will further contribute to your success in this position.
