Key Responsibilities:
Identify, shortlist, and onboard relevant YouTube & Instagram influencers aligned with our brand audience.
Negotiate collaboration terms, contracts, and deliverables.
Plan and execute influencer campaigns for our brands.
Coordinate with influencers for video concepts, briefs, and timelines.
Track campaign performance (views, engagement, conversions) and report results.
Maintain an updated database of influencers and campaign records.
Stay updated on YouTube & Insta trends, influencer marketing best practices, and competitor activities.
Skills & Requirements:
Minimum 6 Months of experience in influencer marketing or talent management.
Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with YouTube analytics and campaign tracking tools.
Creative mindset with an understanding of brand storytelling.
Experience in beauty, personal care, or e-commerce industry is a strong plus.

3)Understanding of influencer campaign planning, execution, and ROI tracking.
4)Familiarity with platform analytics (YouTube Studio / Instagram Insights).
