You will stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing, collaborating with internal teams to integrate influencer marketing seamlessly into our overall marketing strategies while ensuring compliance with FTC guidelines and brand standards. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Previous experience in influencer marketing or social media management, particularly in a similar industry, will be advantageous. Strong communication and negotiation skills, along with a creative and strategic mindset to conceptualize compelling campaigns, are essential. Your attention to detail, organizational prowess, and proficiency in analytics tools for performance tracking are highly valued.
