As an Influencer Marketing Coordinator & Talent Manager at Influbot.ai, you will play a crucial role in coordinating influencer campaigns across various platforms and managing a portfolio of talented individuals to drive brand partnerships and growth. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and executing influencer marketing casting on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. - Identify, vet, and recruit influencers that align with brand objectives. - Coordinate onboarding for new influencers and talent, ensuring a smooth integration into campaigns and internal systems. - Support in creating campaign briefs, deliverable timelines, and contracts. - Coordinate deliverables and approvals between influencers, clients, and internal teams. - Track campaign performance, generate post-campaign reports, and provide insights. - Manage day-to-day communication with a roster of digital talent. - Secure and negotiate brand partnerships on behalf of talent. - Guide influencers on content strategy, pricing, positioning, and growth. - Act as a liaison between talent and brands/agencies, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and alignment. - Monitor industry trends to keep talent relevant and competitive. Qualifications: - 1+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or a related field. - Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and the creator economy. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive under deadlines. - Comfortable with negotiating contracts and talent fees.
