Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Campaign Manager to oversee and execute influencer-led campaigns across Instagram and YouTube. The ideal candidate will serve as the central point of coordination between brands, agencies, and content creators, ensuring campaigns are delivered seamlessly, on time, and with creative excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute social media campaigns across Instagram and YouTube
• Act as a liaison between brands, agencies, and creators to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables
• Collaborate closely with internal teams—scriptwriters, editors, and creators—to produce and publish content as per campaign requirements
• Maintain detailed trackers, timelines, and reports to ensure smooth execution and performance monitoring
• Troubleshoot issues during campaign execution and provide timely solutions
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and brand guidelines

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in managing digital or influencer marketing campaigns in Finance Niche.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in Google Sheets and other project management tools
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under tight deadlines
• Preferred: Knowledge or interest in the personal finance or fintech content space.
