Influencer Marketing Associate

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Influencer Marketing Associate to join our growing team. The role involves managing influencer communications, coordinating content, monitoring campaign performance, and providing in-house marketing support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, connect, and maintain relationships with influencers across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
• Coordinate content creation and ensure timely campaign deliverables.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and share insights.
• Support in-house marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns and content planning.
• Stay updated with influencer trends, social media platforms, and emerging digital strategies.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystem.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
• Prior experience in influencer marketing/brand collaboration is preferred (not mandatory).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
