Influencer Marketer

The role is a Hybrid position, which involves working from the office as well as remote flexibility. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience, although freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply. Your main responsibilities will include identifying, researching, and shortlisting potential influencers across various social platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and others. You will be assisting in outreach efforts by sending collaboration emails, DMs, and follow-ups. Additionally, you will be coordinating with influencers to discuss campaign briefs, timelines, and deliverables. It will also be your responsibility to support the team in maintaining influencer databases and campaign trackers, as well as monitoring influencer content to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines and quality standards. You will be required to track campaign performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and impressions, and prepare basic reports based on the findings. Staying updated with the latest trends in influencer marketing and social media will also be crucial for this role. The key skills and requirements for this position include good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. A basic knowledge of social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and possibly TikTok is necessary. You should also have the ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
