What You’ll Do

• Identify & reach out to potential brand partners (beauty, wellness, gifting, lifestyle categories).
• Research & shortlist relevant influencers (Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms).
• Draft & send collaboration proposals and partnership decks.
• Coordinate influencer campaigns and track deliverables.
• Brainstorm creative collaboration ideas that enhance Hill Queen Tea’s visibility and engagement.
• Maintain and update a partnership & influencer database.

What We’re Looking For

• Passionate about branding, influencer marketing & collaborations.
• Great communication & relationship-building skills.
• Awareness of social media trends & influencer marketing practices.
• Proactive and self-driven attitude.
• Prior experience is a plus, but not mandatory—a strong willingness to learn matters more.
