You will be joining our team as an Account Manager, where you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and overseeing influencer marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities will involve developing tailored strategies aligned with client goals, collaborating with internal teams, and analyzing campaign performance to drive exceptional results. As the primary contact for assigned clients, you will build and maintain strong relationships while understanding client objectives, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Regular updates, reports, and insights will be provided to clients to ensure transparency and satisfaction. Collaborating with strategy and creative teams, you will develop innovative influencer marketing campaigns and recruit influencers that resonate with client brand values. Your role will also include overseeing end-to-end campaign execution, from influencer briefings to performance tracking. Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics will be essential to assess effectiveness. You will provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimizing future campaigns, culminating in detailed post-campaign reports highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement. Team collaboration is key, as you work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery. Additionally, mentoring and guiding junior team members will be crucial to fostering a collaborative work environment. Staying up to date with the latest trends in influencer marketing and social media is essential. You will identify new opportunities for clients to leverage emerging platforms and technologies, ensuring that our strategies remain innovative and effective. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. With at least 3 years of experience in account management, influencer marketing, or digital marketing, you should have a proven track record of managing successful influencer marketing campaigns. Skills required include a strong understanding of social media platforms, excellent communication and negotiation skills, analytical mindset, organizational abilities, and creativity in storytelling and brand building. Preferred qualifications include experience with influencer marketing platforms/tools, existing relationships with influencers, and knowledge of paid social media advertising strategies.
