Role Description:

Candidates must possess at least two to three years of relevant practical experience.​

• Good clinical assessment and diagnosis.
• Interpret test reports: hormonal profiles, AMH, ultrasound scans, semen analysis, HSG, ERA, PGT results, etc.
• The IVF Consultant develops individualized fertility treatment plans based on clinical findings and guides patients on the most suitable options such as IUI, IVF/ICSI, donor programs, and advanced reproductive techniques.
• The Consultant designs and manages ovarian stimulation protocols, monitors follicular response through scans, and adjusts medications to ensure optimal egg development.
• The Consultant provides clear counselling and continuous emotional support to help patients understand their treatment and cope with the stresses of the fertility journey.
• The Consultant coordinates closely with the embryology and nursing teams to ensure seamless execution of treatment protocols and high-quality patient care.
• The Consultant ensures strict adherence to clinical protocols, regulatory compliance, and ethical standards throughout all stages of treatment.
• The Consultant maintains strong patient relationships by providing continuous care, trust, and clarity throughout the fertility treatment journey.
• The Consultant supports the hospital’s growth by participating in awareness programs, medical camps, and educational initiatives that enhance the clinic’s credibility.

Preferred / Added Advantage:

Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine from a reputed institute will be an added advantage.

Training or certification in ART/IVF procedures (ET/OPU exposure).

Experience in managing IVF cycles independently.
