Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Infection Control Nurse located in Surat. The responsibilities include implementing and monitoring infection prevention and control protocols, educating staff on infection control practices, conducting audits, and ensuring that the hospital complies with all regulations and guidelines regarding infection prevention. The role also involves reviewing patient records, identifying infection risks, and collaborating with healthcare teams to reduce infection rates within the facility.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Infection Control and Prevention strategies
• Strong knowledge of Nursing practices and patient care
• Familiarity with Infectious Diseases management and proper protocols
• Comprehensive understanding of medical protocols related to Infection and Hygiene
• Effective communication, attention to detail, and ability to train and educate staff
• Registered Nursing certification or equivalent qualification; experience in infection control is highly preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
