Industry Consultant - Capital Markets

As an Account Manager at LUMIQ, you will be a proactive and customer-centric individual responsible for managing and nurturing existing client accounts. Your role will involve facilitating a smooth transition of accounts, recommending new strategies for improving customer service, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that align with clients" business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Recommending new strategies for improving customer service or increasing revenue from existing products or services - Understanding and working across various business domains including Investment Banking & Brokerage, Asset and Wealth Management, and Securities Services - Training new employees in capital markets systems, procedures, and policies - Developing proposals for enhancing clients" data and analytics maturity - Providing consulting services to Investment Managers, Asset Management Company, Brokerage Firms, and Custodians - Evaluating clients" performance to identify potential problems - Reviewing financial statements to assess the health of a company's finances - Conducting research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends - Leading and participating in client meetings, offering strategic guidance - Developing tailored presentations showcasing understanding and capabilities in the Capital Markets industry - Participating in industry events, discussions, and writing articles - Mentoring and guiding junior team members Qualifications Required: - Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Capital Markets/Investment Banking Domain - Understanding the evolving business and technology landscape - Knowledge and understanding of Custody applications - Experience in data projects preferred - Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and influencing skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Post Graduate degree, preferably from a premier B-school - Specialized knowledge in Front, Middle, and Back Office operations - Advanced knowledge in MS Office products In addition to the above, LUMIQ offers benefits including Group Medical insurance with a private room, Term Insurance, Accidental Insurance, Maternity Leave, Skill Development opportunities, 100% Sponsorship for certification, Work-Life balance, Flexible work hours, and Zero Leave tracking.,
