INDUSTRIAL TRAINING/INTERNSHIP

Key Responsibilities Academic & Teaching Responsibilities

• Deliver theory and practical classes for Electrician/Mechanical Trade and Electrical/Mechanical Engineering subjects.
• Prepare lesson plans, training schedules, and instructional materials.
• Conduct demonstrations on Engineering subjects.

Practical & Lab Management

• Supervise workshops and ensure safe practices.
• Maintain lab records, equipment logs, and practical assessment documents.
• Guide students during practical sessions, projects, and hands-on training.

Assessment & Evaluation

• Conduct internal assessments, practical exams, and evaluations as per university norms.
• Assist in semester examinations, assessments, and result-related activities.
• Maintain attendance, assessment records, and academic documentation.

Student Mentoring & Development

• Mentor students for skill development, discipline, and career readiness.
• Support students in internships, OJT, apprenticeships, and industry exposure programs.
• Encourage participation in co-curricular and extracurricular activities.

Curriculum & Compliance

• Support curriculum development aligned with NSQF / skill education standards.
• Ensure compliance with university, statutory, and accreditation requirements.
• Assist during audits, inspections, and academic reviews.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
