Job Description

Job Summary:

Industrial Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of
annual budgets, forecasts
.
Analyze
financial performance
, including variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast) and reporting key insights to stakeholders.
Support the preparation of
monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
for senior management and business units.
Collaborate with business teams to gather data, validate inputs, and ensure accuracy in financial models and projections.
Assist in building and maintaining
financial models
for various business scenarios and strategic initiatives.
Support in preparing presentations for
management reviews
and board meetings.
Work on
ad-hoc financial analysis
and projects as assigned by the FP&A team.

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Requirements:

Pursuing
CA (Chartered Accountant)
and currently eligible for Industrial Training as per ICAI guidelines.
Strong academic background, with a focus on finance, accounting, or related fields.

Duration:

The industrial training will be for a period as per ICAI guidelines.
