Industrial Sales Manager (Non Ferrous foundry)

• Develop new business opportunities in Defense, Automobile, Medical Equipment, and General Engineering sectors.
• Manage and expand relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
• Prepare and submit technical & commercial quotations for non-ferrous castings.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and industry trends.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets as assigned.
• Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and order finalization.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain proper documentation.
• Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer visits.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, MIS reports, and pipeline updates to management.
• strong knowledge of casting processes (Sand Casting, Gravity Die Casting, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication.
• Willingness to travel as per business requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
