Job Description

* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 2-3 + years experience in Rubber industry.

Conduct time and motion studies to determine standard times and identify areas for productivity improvement.
Assist in line balancing and manpower planning to ensure optimal resource utilization.
Support layout design and material flow improvement for production areas.
Collect and analyze daily production data to monitor efficiency and identify bottlenecks.
Participate in Lean and Kaizen activities to eliminate waste and improve processes.
Prepare and maintain process documents, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and reports.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to implement process improvements.
Ensure safety and ergonomic standards are followed in workstations and production lines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
