Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Drive Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives using Lean Manufacturing/ TPS, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, OEE, Value Engineering etc. Analyze production processes, workflows & systems to identify improvement areas Develop efficient systems integrating machines, materials, information & energy Conduct time & motion studies to establish SOPs Design equipment and workspace layouts for optimal efficiency Assist in capacity planning, scheduling, and resource utilization Track and analyze KPIs productivity, cost, quality & delivery Prepare insightful reports, documentation & presentations for management Qualifications: Bachelor's in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering (or related field) Minimum 2 years' experience in Industrial Engineering / Process Improvement Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred) - Proficient in MS Office, Minitab &/or MS Visio Excellent analytical, problem-solving, project management and presentation skills Effective communicator & team collaborator Interested candidates can share their CV with below details to hrd7@polymedicure.com Current Salary- Expected Salary-
