Job Description

Role & responsibilities Scope of the role Responsible for New product process development, Quality, industrialization and manufacturing engineering. Establish standard cycle times, improve methods and standards through continuous improvement methodology. Product/Quantity analysis, value stream improvements, Lean implementation. Layout planning. Efficiency improvements. Budget and Capex planning. Building cordial relationship (Agile, Bold, Collaborate, Simple) with all stake holders - i.e - customers, employees, peers aligning with organizational goals. Key Deliverables Drive Cost savings initiatives through CI improvements. Value stream improvements Lead time days reduction in manufacturing as per plan.
