Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Plan and execute kaizen events to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency on the production floor. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes. Develop and maintain daily production plans to ensure timely delivery of products. Manage manpower effectively by allocating tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training as needed. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations during all activities.
