Job Description

Role Overview: As a CPQ Manager, your role involves leading the design, implementation, and optimization of CPQ solutions to enhance accurate, efficient, and scalable quote-to-cash processes. You will collaborate with various teams to streamline configuration, pricing, and quotation generation, ultimately aiming for improved sales efficiency, accuracy, and revenue realization. Your focus will be on driving business impact through digital sales transformation and process automation. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end CPQ implementations, upgrades, and transformation initiatives to ensure alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs) like quote accuracy, deal cycle time, and revenue impact. - Partner with sales, product, pricing, finance, and IT teams to translate strategic sales objectives into actionable CPQ processes and solutions. - Drive business impact by enhancing quote accuracy, reducing approval delays, and speeding up time-to-revenue. - Define and optimize workflows for product configuration, pricing rules, discounting, and quote generation. - Provide strategic guidance on CPQ integration with CRM, ERP, and analytics platforms to enable end-to-end visibility and seamless deal execution. - Establish change management and governance frameworks to ensure adoption and realization of CPQ-enabled benefits. - Mentor and lead consulting and technical teams to ensure high-quality delivery and continuous capability building in CPQ. Qualifications Required: - Expertise in CPQ solutions (Salesforce CPQ, SAP CPQ, or equivalent) is a must-have skill. - Strong ability to design and implement value-driven quote-to-cash processes with measurable KPIs. - Knowledge of CRM and ERP integration (Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, or equivalent). - Experience in analytics, workflow automation, and process optimization. - Proven success in stakeholder management, leadership, and delivering large-scale CPQ transformations. Additional Information: Candidates should demonstrate a strong track record of delivering business impact through CPQ solutions, such as improved quote accuracy, accelerated deal cycles, optimized pricing, and enhanced sales efficiency. This position is based at the company's Delhi, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, or Chennai office.,
