Have been to the bank with the appointment for Aadhar Update for my kids. But it seems they are not interested and have informed the person responsible is on leave and have asked us to go to any other nearby bank. Bank is not customer oriented and provides poor service

One of the worst banking experience, firstly they don't have cash at brach... Ask us to come later and that too arrogant way. The road side vegetables have more manners than casher.

The staffs are not that friendly, they never pay attention to what a customer wants. Appears that they think they are working on govt sector. You will get noticed only if you are a goon, to whom sivic norms doesn't aoply. And the next problem is parking space.

These people never pick up their phone, be it customer care number or landline numbers. I tried 15 numbers already out of which 14 does not exist. Did they abscond or what? How can a bank be so irresponsible?

I am take two wheeler loan bank will take monthly 2emi and any one will not comunicate to proper answer. Bad experience for this bank .
