Indoor Cum Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and responsible Indoor Cum Sales Executive to join our team at Bericht Global Excellence, Kerala branch. The role primarily involves handling customer enquiries from walk-in clients, managing data in the CRM system, and assisting in basic sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to walk-in customers and handle enquiries professionally
• Log and update customer information and enquiries in the CRM system
• Issue receipts and handle customer payments accurately
• Maintain proper documentation and records of customer interactions and transactions
• Follow up on potential leads and strive to convert them into clients
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Job Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (any discipline)
• Good communication skills in Malayalam and English (Hindi is an added advantage)
• Basic computer skills; ability to use Excel, Word, and CRM systems
• Friendly, proactive, and customer-oriented personality
• Prior experience in sales/customer service preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
