• Ensure compliance with all indirect tax regulations, including GST and customs laws.
• Oversee tax planning and strategize to optimize tax benefits for the organization.
• Manage tax audits, assessments, and litigation processes effectively.
• Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
• Provide expert advice on tax implications for business operations and transactions.
• Liaise with tax authorities and external consultants as required.
• Monitor updates in indirect tax laws and implement necessary changes within the organization.
