Job Description

Opportunity to work with the senior leadership .
Opportunity to lead , learn & grow in the manufacturing industry.

Ensure compliance with all indirect tax regulations, including GST and customs laws.
Oversee tax planning and strategize to optimize tax benefits for the organization.
Manage tax audits, assessments, and litigation processes effectively.
Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
Provide expert advice on tax implications for business operations and transactions.
Liaise with tax authorities and external consultants as required.
Monitor updates in indirect tax laws and implement necessary changes within the organization.
Train and guide the internal team on indirect tax matters and compliance processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Indirect Taxation Lead should have:

A professional qualification in accounting or taxation.
Strong knowledge of indirect taxation laws, including GST and customs regulations.
Experience in managing tax audits and litigation processes.
Proficiency in tax planning and compliance management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
