Indirect Tax Associate

Cretum Advisory is a Chartered Accountancy firm specializing in tax advisory, compliance, and litigation support. We work closely with clients across diverse industries, providing end-to-end solutions in Indirect Taxation and GST.

Position: Indirect Tax Associate (GST)
Experience: 1–2 years
Qualification: CA/ Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and filing of GST refund claims, including Export and Inverted Duty Structure cases.
• Drafting and preparing replies to GST Show Cause Notices (SCNs) and other departmental communications.
• Conducting legal research, drafting, and interpretation of GST provisions, notifications, and circulars.
• Representing clients before GST authorities, including departmental appearances.
• Coordinating with tax authorities for submissions, clarifications, and follow-ups.

Required Skills:

• Solid knowledge of GST law, rules, and compliance framework.
• Hands-on experience in GST refund filing and related compliance procedures.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and research skills.
• Ability to manage client representation and departmental communication.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹700,000.00 per year
