As the In-House Legal Counsel at Serrala, you will join our global Legal and Compliance Team to support the development and sales activities of the organization. Working alongside a dedicated team of lawyers and legal professionals from various regions, you will play a crucial role in providing legal advice for operational activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for drafting and negotiating a variety of IT-service, purchase and procurement agreements, company policies, service descriptions, and other legal documents. Your expertise in Indian Law will be vital in providing legal advice to the local management on a range of legal matters. To be successful in this role, you should have a full Indian legal education, relevant experience in TMT or IP/IT law, and at least 3 years of experience as an In-house lawyer. Strong communication skills in legal English and a collaborative, creative, and problem-solving personality are essential. Maintain and update the contracts repository, ensuring version control, renewals and compliance tracking. Solid understanding of Indian labour laws and commercial contract laws. Strong legal drafting, analytical and communication skills.
