Menu Development and Execution:Designing, developing, and implementing menus that showcase authentic Indian flavors and culinary techniques.
Food Preparation and Presentation:Ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation, often incorporating traditional Indian cooking methods.
Kitchen Management:Overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and ensuring smooth workflow.
Staff Management and Training:Leading and mentoring kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure high performance and consistent quality.
Hygiene and Safety:Maintaining strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
