Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Indian Chef to prepare authentic, high-quality Indian cuisine. The role requires expertise in traditional and contemporary Indian cooking styles, spices, and techniques to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a wide range of Indian dishes (North Indian, South Indian, regional specialties, or as per restaurant menu). Ensure all food is prepared with authentic flavors, presentation, and consistency. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen. Monitor food stock, assist in inventory management, and minimize wastage. Develop new recipes and contribute to menu planning. Train and guide junior kitchen staff as required. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of Indian spices, flavors, and cooking techniques. Ability to work with , curries, biryanis, breads, and regional specialties. Creativity in developing innovative dishes while maintaining authenticity. Good time management and organizational skills.
