Job Description

As a Talent Marketing Manager, India on Ciscos Talent Marketing team, you are responsible for developing marketing strategies and implementation plans that effectively highlight our Tech Talent Brand externally with candidates and internally with Cisconians specifically in the India market. This includes leading marketing content generation and implementation via critical marketing channels. The Marketing Manager works in close partnership across multiple internal stakeholders and is responsible for enabling recruiters, business leaders, and employees to amplify Talent Marketing efforts in India across paid media, social media, external and internal events, blogs, and more. Responsibilities include: Creative Strategy, Content Creation and Marketing Campaigns Collaborates with the Talent Marketing team on creative content development to ensure all INDIA Talent Marketing campaigns and deliverables are aligned with our overall brand strategy. This includes developing compelling creative briefs, building or editing social media templates, video creation and developing internal communications tactics, etc Identifies and curates employee stories in India that contribute to bringing to life our Tech Talent Brand. This includes developing the campaign strategy and implementing stories internally and externally in close partnership with members of the Talent Marketing team via the careers site, social media, recruiter training, external job platforms, internal presentations and events, LinkedIn articles, etc. Leads and manages an India Talent Marketing video content strategy and production that showcases the Cisconian experience. This requires agency management and strong internal partnership with Marketing. Develops and deploys India targeted paid media campaigns (optimized for all of our digital touchpoints) to create awareness and build positive perception of Cisco as an employer with our critical external audiences. Supports the web development team with ongoing insights and learnings to uplevel and optimize Ciscos career site content focused on India, including the development of new content, regular content updates, design recommendations, and where and how we display employee stories. Strategic Internal Branding, Activation and Employee Enablement Working across Ciscos 3P stakeholders in india to activate Ciscos talent brand, which includes creating toolkits of marketing assets and templates designed to enable internal stakeholders (across all client segments) to attract and retain talent segmented across critical talent groups. Builds Hiring Manager, Recruiter and employee onboarding and training programs that showcase the Tech Talent Brand with the goal of adoption and amplification including developing new, comprehensive Talent Marketing training for recruiters. Identifies opportunities and develops effective communications that activates Talent Brand across internal channels with specific employee audiences at scale Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 8 -10+ years of experience in talent brand marketing or a related field. Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies. Expertise in content marketing, social media, paid media, and web development. Preferred Qualifications: Analytical skills to interpret marketing data and metrics. Strong organizational and project management skills. High tech industry experience Solid talent branding experience Aptitude in Adobe, Figma or other graphic design platforms
