India Market Unit - CFO&EV-Consultant

Role Overview: As an India Business CFO & EV Consultant at Accenture Strategy, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our clients by combining deep business insight with an understanding of how technology impacts industry and business models. Your focus on digital disruption, competitiveness, operating models, and workforce of the future will help clients find value and growth in a digital world. You will work in multi-disciplinary teams to develop detailed business cases and plans, assist in developing offerings and assets, and demonstrate strong finance process knowledge. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate strong finance process knowledge and understanding to work independently with client process owners across Finance Functions. - Assist clients in developing capabilities for growth and innovation to sustain high performance. - Develop detailed and actionable business cases and plans leveraging industry, functional, and business process acumen for strategic impact. - Shape, communicate, and implement programs in multi-disciplinary teams. - Assist leadership teams in developing offerings and assets. Qualifications Required: - Experience in partnering with C Suite and executives on finance transformation and cross-functional initiatives. - Strong understanding of business and finance functions at both strategic and operational levels. - Knowledge of current trends in finance transformation pursued by CFOs and finance organizations. - Financial acumen to develop relevant financial models and drive value creation. - Business acumen to drive actionable outcomes for clients with industry trends, innovations, and metrics. - Strong problem-solving skills with mature judgment and decision-making abilities. - Ability to understand client needs, propose solutions, and deliver high-impact change initiatives. - Communication and presentation skills to engage key stakeholders effectively. - Client handling skills to develop and manage relationships with stakeholders. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. - Exposure to digital finance tools and technologies for data analytics, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. - Proven ability to build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environment. - Exposure to project management. - Experience in a consulting firm is preferable.,
