Job Title: InDesign Team Lead cum Manager
Location: Sector 63 C, NoidaExperience Required: 8+ YearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role:We are looking for an experienced InDesign Team Lead cum Manager to lead our design and production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Adobe InDesign production workflows, project management, and client delivery management. You will oversee the complete project lifecycle — from planning and execution to delivery — ensuring top-notch quality, timely completion, and client satisfaction.---Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of InDesign professionals, ensuring efficient project execution and timely delivery.Coordinate end-to-end production for print and digital publishing projects.Communicate directly with clients to understand requirements, provide project updates, and manage expectations.Plan and allocate resources effectively across multiple ongoing projects.Ensure adherence to design standards, templates, and brand guidelines.Review files for layout, typography, and consistency before final submission.Identify process improvement opportunities to increase team productivity and delivery quality.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, editorial, QA, and operations).Manage project schedules, deadlines, and reporting through PM tools.Train and mentor junior designers and production staff.---Required Skills & Competencies:Expert-level proficiency in Adobe InDesign (latest versions).Strong understanding of print/digital publishing workflows, XML/ID automation, and layout design principles.Proven experience in project management and client communication.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.---Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Design, Publishing, or a related field.Experience working in publishing, pre-press, or e-learning production environment.Knowledge of InCopy, Photoshop, Illustrator, or XML-based workflows is a plus.---What We Offer:Competitive salary and performance incentives.Opportunity to lead a growing, skilled team.Supportive work environment with scope for professional growth.---If you’re a seasoned InDesign professional with a passion for leadership, quality, and delivery excellence, we’d love to hear from you.📧 Apply at: hr@educatup.com📞 Contact : +91 86308 63429
