Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Independent Staffing Consultant (Freelance). The consultant will be responsible for tasks such as interviewing candidates, recruiting, conducting temporary placements, and offering consulting services. Daily responsibilities include managing temporary staffing requirements and ensuring suitable candidates are placed in appropriate roles.

Qualifications

• Interviewing and Recruiting skills
• Temporary Staffing and Temporary Placement skills
• Consulting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in IT staffing and business consulting is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
