Job Description

You have 10-13 years of experience in leading projects, providing high-quality solutions to customers, and ensuring efficient completion of project phases. Your responsibilities include developing detailed plans, leading the team in understanding current and future designs, reviewing test plans, and performing integration testing. Additionally, you will ensure knowledge transfer to functional analysts, act as a technical expert, and provide ongoing development to direct reports. Your expertise in domain knowledge, requirement gathering and analysis, platform/technology knowledge, architecture tools and frameworks, architecture concepts and principles, and analytics solution design will be crucial for this role. You should also have familiarity with a wide range of data science/analytics tools and programming languages. In terms of behavioral competencies, you are expected to demonstrate accountability, agility, collaboration, customer focus, communication, driving results, and conflict resolution. You will need to take initiative, adapt to changing environments, work collaboratively, focus on customer needs, communicate effectively, and drive results within the team. Certifications are mandatory for this position.,
