Independent Contractor - SAP Analytics

Role Overview: As an experienced professional with 10-13 years of experience, your role will involve developing detailed plans and accurate estimates for completion of build, system testing, and implementation phases of projects. You will actively lead projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to provide high-quality value-adding solutions to customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading the team in understanding the AS-IS situation, designing and validating the To-Be design, reviewing unit test plans, and ensuring all requirements are met. Key Responsibilities: - Develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for completion of build, system testing, and implementation phases of projects. - Actively lead projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives. - Lead the team in understanding AS-IS situation, design and validate To-Be design. - Review unit test plans and quality assurance plans to ensure all requirements are met. - Perform integration testing work to ensure new functionality or enhancements do not adversely affect existing functionality. - Ensure knowledge transfer to functional analysts to increase their understanding and utilization of SAP systems and applications. - Act as the technical expert, ensuring quick turnaround in identifying application issues and providing timely solutions. - Follow design work and integration testing protocols, change control procedures, standards, procedures, and practices. - Provide ongoing development, feedback, coaching, and mentoring to direct reports. - Comply with all coding standards and performance measures as per customer/organization guidelines. Qualifications Required: - Specialized knowledge of customers" business processes and relevant technology platform or product. - Ability to apply industry standards/practices and create complex business models in line with customer requirements independently. - Proficiency in requirement management processes, requirement analysis processes, tools & methodologies. - Ability to extract requirements for complex scenarios, prototype independently, and develop traceability matrix. - Experience in implementing code or configuring/customizing products, driving adoption of industry standards and practices. - Knowledge of architectural elements, SDLC, methodologies, and customer business/domain. - In-depth knowledge of statistical & machine learning techniques for analytics solution design. - Familiarity with a wide range of data science/analytics commercial and open-source software tools and programming languages used for data science/analytics.
