Domain / Technical Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of

    Capital Markets

    including: Equities, Fixed Income, Bonds, Mutual Funds, Traditional Assets, Corporate Actions, and Money Market Funds.
  • Sound understanding of

    Types of Income & SWIFT Messages (MT564/566/568/565)

    .
  • Hands-on experience with

    Bloomberg, Refinitiv, Markit

    , and

    Custodian Applications

    (DTCC, HSBC, Euroclear, etc.).
  • Proficient in using

    Transaction Lifecycle Management (TLM)

    tools.
  • Exposure to

    Process Transitions

    ,

    SOP Creation

    , and

    Knowledge Assessments

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify process gaps and create effective workarounds.
  • Ability to manage, organize, and prioritize team responsibilities efficiently.
  • Focused on process improvement and maintaining service quality standards.

Preferred Qualification

  • Bachelors degree in

    Accounting, Finance, or Business

    (preferred).
  • Minimum

    5 years of experience

    in Capital Markets / Banking Operations.

B. Position Summary

Income Supervisor

The supervisor will coordinate with custodians, internal teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring all income processing functions are completed accurately and within defined SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee

    daily income event posting

    and reconciliation (cash and stock).
  • Conduct

    quality reviews

    and maintain production metrics (TAT, accuracy, productivity).
  • Serve as an

    acting manager

    during managers absence.
  • Handle

    client conversions, migrations, and deconversions

    .
  • Maintain and update

    SOPs and audit documentation

    .
  • Provide

    coaching, mentoring, and feedback

    to team members.
  • Participate in

    interviews, onboarding, and training

    of new hires.
  • Identify

    training needs

    and coordinate sessions with leadership.
  • Ensure

    compliance with SLAs and risk mitigation

    processes.
  • Manage

    escalations, performance reviews, and staffing requirements

    .
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and contribute to project implementation
