● Plan and lead engaging classroom activities, Montessori lessons, and spoken English sessions.
● Build a positive, stimulating learning environment that supports creativity, exploration, and inclusion.
● Prepare and maintain activity plans and learning materials for hands-on, child-centered education.
● Observe, assess, and document children’s development, preparing detailed progress reports for parents.
● Design and implement IEPs for neurodivergent children, ensuring every child’s strengths are nurtured.
● Support teachers and parents with practical strategies for inclusive learning.
● Work closely with educators, families, and colleagues to create an inclusive and strengths-focused culture.
● Graduate or Postgraduate in Education, Psychology, Human Development, or related fields (B.Ed).
● Strong interest in Early Childhood Learning and inclusion, with a desire to make a difference.
● Outgoing, confident, and able to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
● Freshers or early-career professionals eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment.
