Job Description

As an Inclusion Coordinator at Insighte, you will play a crucial role in transforming classrooms, supporting neurodivergent children, creating Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and fostering collaboration among parents and teachers. Your responsibilities will include: - Teach & Inspire: - Plan and lead engaging classroom activities, Montessori lessons, and spoken English sessions. - Build a positive and stimulating learning environment that encourages creativity, exploration, and inclusion. - Prepare and maintain activity plans and learning materials for hands-on, child-centered education. - Champion Inclusion: - Observe, assess, and document children's development, preparing detailed progress reports for parents. - Design and implement IEPs for neurodivergent children, focusing on nurturing each child's strengths. - Support teachers and parents with practical strategies for inclusive learning. - Collaborate & Grow: - Work closely with educators, families, and colleagues to cultivate an inclusive and strengths-focused culture. - Engage in Insighte's structured training and mentorship programs to accelerate your career growth. - Seize opportunities to present your work and insights on public platforms, enhancing your visibility and professional credibility. Qualifications Required: - Graduate or Postgraduate in Education, Psychology, Human Development, or related fields (B.Ed). - Strong interest in Early Childhood Learning and inclusion, with a passion for making a difference. - Outgoing, confident, and effective communicator with children, parents, and colleagues. - Freshers or early-career professionals eager to learn and develop in a supportive environment.
