Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ludhiana for an Incharge Tool Room Forging. The responsibilities include overseeing the tool room operations, managing maintenance and repairs of tools and equipment, ensuring the proper functioning of forging tools, planning and executing production schedules, and maintaining high-quality standards. The professional will also be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of projects while implementing industry best practices to optimize tool performance and production processes.

Qualifications

Experience in tool design, tool maintenance, and forging processes
Proficiency in quality control, production planning, and process optimization
Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot mechanical issues with expertise in repair and maintenance
Knowledge of safety standards and compliance with industry regulations
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
