Inbound Technical Support Representative

As an experienced Call Center Customer Service and Technical Support Representative at Unified CX Solutions, your role will involve handling inbound calls from existing Canadian customers. You will be working full-time with shifts available between 4pm-10am IST. Fluency in speaking, writing, and reading English is a must for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate and work in a teamwork-oriented environment - Provide exceptional customer service on every call - Maintain a positive customer interaction - Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a Call Center environment - Demonstrate strong English communication skills both written and verbal - Multi-task effectively and operate in multiple applications simultaneously - Be open to flexibility in schedule, including working extended or extra shifts - Engage in ongoing English and Customer Service development classes - Experience in the telecommunications industry would be advantageous Qualifications Required: - 3 years of experience in a Call Center environment - 1 year of experience in Technical Support - 1 year of experience in the Telecommunications industry - Customer service oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction Unified CX Solutions offers a great working environment at their premier office located in Goregaon West, Mumbai, which includes perks such as a lounge, game room, onsite parking, and more.
