As an experienced Call Center Customer Service and Technical Support Representative at Unified CX Solutions, your role will involve handling inbound calls from existing Canadian customers. You will be working full-time with shifts available between 4pm-10am IST. Fluency in speaking, writing, and reading English is a must for this position.
