Inbound Technical Support Rep

Role Overview: You will be working as a Tech Support Associate at a Growing Company, handling Inbound Technical Support Process for US Shift. Your main responsibilities will include taking inbound calls from customers regarding printer, router, and antivirus issues, diagnosing the problems, recommending the best solutions, and selling technical support plans along with relevant software. Key Responsibilities: - Must have experience in Outbound Tech Support for more than 6 months to 1 year - Should be able to close calls efficiently - Possess convincing and sales skills - Familiarity with BLUE SCREEN ERRORS and POP UP CALLS - Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to Computer, Printer, Broadband, router, Email problems, Mac, iPhone, iPad - Salary range: Rs. 15,000 - 22,000 per month (fixed) + Huge Incentives - Working in US Shift - Benefits include fixed salary on the 1st of every month, huge incentives, 24 leaves in a year, comp offs, birthday leaves, daily/monthly spot incentives, no extension of shift timings, medical benefits - Salary is negotiable based on the right candidate Qualification Required: - Experience in Outbound Tech Support for 6 months to 1 year - Ability to close calls effectively - Strong convincing and sales skills - Knowledge of BLUE SCREEN ERRORS and POP UP CALLS - Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues related to Computer, Printer, Broadband, router, Email problems, Mac, iPhone, iPad Note: All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.,
