We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Inbound Technical Support Associate for the US Shift. Job Responsibilities: - Handling inbound calls from customers experiencing printer, router, and antivirus issues - Diagnosing technical problems and recommending appropriate solutions to customers - Upselling technical support plans and relevant software to customers Candidate Requirements: - Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in outbound tech support - Proven ability to independently close calls - Strong persuasion and sales skills - Familiarity with blue screen errors and pop-up calls - Experience troubleshooting technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, emails, Mac devices, iPhones, and iPads Salary: Rs. 15,000-22,000 per month (fixed) + Lucrative incentives Shift: US Shift Benefits: - Fixed monthly salary deposit on the 1st of every month - Generous incentives including daily and monthly bonuses - Immediate spot incentives - No shift timing extensions - Medical benefits - Salary negotiable for the right candidate - 6 working days with 24 leaves per year, comp offs, and birthday leaves For more information and to apply, please contact Priyanka (HR) at 9804149788.
