Job Description

Role Overview: You will be working as a Customer Service Executive / Technical Support Executive for Inbound Voice Process (Tech Support) in US Shift at Adeeba E-Services Pvt. Ltd. Your main responsibilities will include taking inbound calls from customers facing printer, router, and antivirus issues, diagnosing the problems, recommending appropriate solutions, and selling technical support plans and software. Key Responsibilities: - Take inbound calls and provide assistance with printer, router, and antivirus issues - Diagnose the problems accurately and recommend the best plan to the customer - Sell technical support plans and relevant software - Must have experience in outbound tech support for more than 6 months to 1 year - Ability to close calls effectively - Possess good convincing and sales skills - Join immediately and work in US Shift from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am - Work 6 days a week with fixed salary on the 1st of every month - Receive 24 leaves in a year along with comp offs and birthday leaves - Attractive incentives and no extension of shift timings - Enjoy a friendly working environment Qualification Required: - HS Please note that all your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
