Inbound Sales Representative Analyst

As an Inbound Sales Representative Analyst at Accenture, you will be aligned with the Customer Support vertical to manage and resolve customer queries, handle escalations and complaints, and provide the best resolutions. Your responsibilities will include closing faults and complaints within SLAs and transforming customer support into a value-generating service that is a strategic differentiator in the market.
