Tasks Inbound Procurement Specialist - Aftersales Automotive Logistics Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Inbound Procurement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and designing inbound logistics and procurement processes, supporting the implementation of S4 at a wholesale level. As a key member of a cross-functional, international scrum team, you will help ensure the smooth integration and optimization of inbound and procurement processes through testing and documentation. Responsibilities: Inbound Procurement Process Analysis and Design: Analyze and design inbound logistics and procurement processes to optimize efficiency and ensure seamless integration with supply chain operations. Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Collaborate with international and cross-functional teams to meet business requirements and contribute to the successful implementation of projects. Support S4 Implementation: Assist in the deployment of S4 at the wholesale level, helping to ensure successful implementation of inbound logistics and procurement processes. Testing Test Documentation: Design, execute, and document test cases to ensure the correct implementation of inbound and procurement processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Required Skill Set: Advanced English Proficiency: Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with international teams. Knowledge of Supply Chain Warehouse Management: A strong understanding of supply chain management, specifically inbound logistics and procurement processes. Automotive supply chain experience is a plus. Procurement Inbound Process Expertise: In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and inbound logistics, from supplier management to inventory control. Agile Methodology Understanding: Familiarity with agile working models or a willingness to learn and apply agile principles in project delivery. Software Development Process Knowledge: Understanding of the software development lifecycle, including the roles of Business Units (BU), IT, and Consulting teams throughout the project phases. Experience with SAP S/4: Hands-on experience using SAP S/4 (ERP), with familiarity in using standard Fiori apps and transactions. Optional - SAP EWM Interaction Knowledge: Basic understanding of the interaction between SAP S/4 and SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) systems is beneficial. Skills Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work in diverse, international teams. Self-driven with the ability to manage multiple tasks in an agile environment. Detail-oriented, with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement. Qualifications Education Requirements: Bachelor s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Master s Degree (optional) in a relevant field can be an advantage. Certifications in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe), or SAP S/4Hana are highly desirable.
